Orders and Payment
Order Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. Payment is due upon delivery of your order.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery
We deliver PAN India within 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged during shipping.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Limitation of Liability
Bappaji.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services.
